Where is my data stored?
All Pactaly data is stored exclusively within the European Union. Servers run at Hetzner Frankfurt and all file storage uses Cloudflare R2 EU. We use zero US cloud providers. You can request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) at signup that explicitly names all sub-processors.
Can I delete my data?
Yes — at any time, via the dashboard or by email request to [email protected]. Deletion is executed within 48 hours across all storage layers including backups. You receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
What happens when you launch?
Early access opens for waitlist members in Q3 2026 at 50% lifetime discount. The public launch follows shortly after at full price. Waitlist members keep their discount forever, with no expiration.
Who is Pactaly for?

Do you integrate with DocuSign, HelloSign, or Dropbox?
Not in v1. The first release focuses on the two simplest intake methods: email forwarding and PDF upload. Integrations will arrive in v2 based on customer demand — DocuSign and Google Drive are the most-requested so far.
Is there an API?
Not at launch. A public REST API is on the v2 roadmap (planned for Q1 2027), shaped by what customers actually ask for. The three use cases we hear most: (1) syncing renewal dates and contract values into accounting systems like Xero or QuickBooks, (2) auto-forwarding contracts from workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), and (3) feeding contract data into internal BI dashboards. Outbound webhooks for waitlist members will arrive sooner.
